ABOUT US

What: We are an organization that believes that everyone has a story and purpose.  Within our individual stories and history is where the power begins to fuel.  We are a new organization that birth during the Covid pandemic.  We provide services that help the community with access and community engagement.  We provide mentorship services, goal/mindset/life skill coaching. We also are working initiatives to  prevent and reduce the impact of violence in Minneapolis.  We look to assist the community with healing and support services.

How: The inspiration for establishing The SEECCAA Group as a non-profit was to provide opportunity for community relations and opportunities to help individuals to be empowered and elevated within their communities to reaffirm their mindsets, integrity, goals, growth and value.

Why: This is all for measured outcomes that will have a lasting impact on individuals and community. Our goal is to provide an equitable experience while preserving one’s dignity for any and everyone that will be positively impacted, serviced, or affected by our organization.  Our core drive is to do no harm with no judgement so that your experience with TSG “leaves better than when you arrived.”  This is demonstrated through individual, community, and family experiences that focus on access.  Access for better opportunities, empowerment, and to ACCESS a more stable future with opportunities that can bring a brighter day, a better life, and a brighter future because YOU MATTER at The SEECCAA Group as We Pay It Forward.

The SEECCAA Group engages with the community to advocate and educate for positive and impactful changes, while supporting positive community relations to enhance access to individuals, families, and communities while building our organization by changing one life at a time. This creates healthier communities and individuals within those communities by Supporting & Empowering Environment & Community through Collaboration and Access (SEECCAA).
